You recently received a yellow note that I left on your front door proving that I am a pro-active Realtor who actively seeks out buyers and sellers, as opposed to waiting for the proverbial "phone to ring". I don't need to tell you that we are living in tough economic times!
I had determined, that your home was previously listed in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and that your listing has now expired. The purpose of my visit to your front door was to determine whether or not your home is a property that I could sell.
The good news is that I believe I CAN sell your home. So don’t despair! The fact that your home hasn't sold yet doesn't mean that it won't.
